Sam Akrakg, Bible Translator, Papua New Guinea, on How BibleMesh Helped Him Learn Biblical Hebrew

Sam Akrakg is from Papua New Guinea where he is involved in the translation of the Bible into the Urim language. In January 2013 he traveled from his home town to Jerusalem, Israel, a journey that took 5 days, and included both a 12km walk and a ride on a local Ambulance. Whilst in Israel Sam studied at the Home for Bible Translators in Yad haShemona where he was enrolled on the BibleMesh Biblical Hebrew course to help him learn Biblical Hebrew. Whilst in Israel Sam talked to Timothy Edwards about his studies in Israel and in particular how he found studying Hebrew with BibleMesh.
